Remarks :

Other common names are, “Stemmy four- nerved daisy”, “Plains yellow daisy”, and “Plains hymenoxys”. Growth 4 – 12 inches tall. Flowers May to June. The leaves are all basal and the flower heads appear on leafless stalks arising from the ground; tends to form a mat of blossoms. Adapted to open dry, rocky or sandy sites, often on limestone sites.
